Baby Report Tuesday - February 28, 2006

Yesterday provided us with a lot of activity. Aimee had pretty strong contractions for a couple of hours that were about 6-7 min. apart. We were waiting for them to get closer to 4-5 min. apart, but after awhile they subsided.

So for now, Aimee is getting a bit of rest in and we are gearing up for the big day.

8:00pm Update -

Contractions are hitting harder and coming more frequent tonight. Some are as close as 4min. apart and others are 15min. apart. They are all lasting around 1 min. or so. They have been going on for about 3 hours now. We are going to keep you updated as things progress.

11:00pm Update -

We're off to the hospital!!!!!!

Baby Report Monday - February 27, 2006

Sorry there hasn't been an update in a while. Our DSL hasn't been working well, so updates are slower than usual. The weekend was sort of uneventful for Baby. Aimee had some contractions for about an hour on Sunday. We had a doctors visit this morning. Aimee is dilated to 2 cm and 80% effaced. The doc told us to come back on Friday, and if nothing is going on he will induce Aimee then.

No major contractions, and reduced movement from Baby.

Baby Report Thursday - February 23, 2006

8:00am
No major activity last night. Baby did a bit of kicking and alot of squirming, but thats about it!
We'll see what shakes today!

Aimee reports no major contraction activity, just karate kicks to the ribs!

8:00am Update -
Last night, the contractions got a bit stronger and were pretty close for a while. This morning, Aimee had a couple of other signals which means it could be very close!

Baby Report Tuesday - February 21, 2006

We visited the doctor today and still not much going on. Aimee is having some contractions, but they are not really that close. I will keep updating as things happen. We are all happily awaiting Baby's arrival!
